CHARACTERS: Glinda + You!!
LOCATIONS: All around town
WARNINGS: None yet???
SUMMARY: The Good Witch is volunteering, mingling and being all around "Good". Will match styles if brackets work better for you.
a. Out and About
On any given day, the Good Witch can be found wandering the town looking for good deeds to fulfill. She's impossible to miss, too, given that she's not keen on fitting in and tends to wear her iconic (if she were back in Oz) blue gown.
Her gift from the city officials made it easier to flit around town, but no less distracting- if only she knew how to drive the thing. At first it seemed easy, she rolled down the street, the bubbles trailing behind her- almost like her actual preferred mode of transportation. She held her chin high and a soft smile on her lips as she starred in her one-woman parade.
It didn't last long, however. Later she can be found nearly barreling down the rode, holding on for dear life, eyes wide. "Please move! I don't know how to stop it!" she shouted ahead, eager to have as few injuries as possible from this trainwreck... It was possibly comical to those who were watching, a flurry of bubbles being left in her wake as the generally dignified witch realized that coming and going by literal bubble did nothing to teach one how to operate a mechanical one.
b. Closed to Derek
Glinda still hasn't found herself a steady 'job' for her stay in the city. To be perfectly honest, the Good Witch may have felt she was a little too "Good" for most of the available positions. It wasn't that she was stuck up, far from it (at least compared to when she was younger- a term used loosely in this instance). She was just a political woman who had a high standard for herself, and serving tea at Infinitea didn't quite cut it.
The Good Witch sat perched at a high table, in a private room at Vinery with a glass of wine in front of her and an empty one in front of an empty seat as she waited for Derek to arrive. Was this too much? Too fancy? He was only going to help her find a job... but at this point she felt it best that she be wholly honest with him. He deserved it.

no subject
She's on her way over too, because even though there's no world in which she could have actually chased down something that big, Felicity's first instinct was to run after it. There was a person inside — she couldn't just stand by and panic. She would have needed to call for help.
Except now, as the woman steps out, a staff in hand, Felicity slows down to meet her in the middle. "Are you okay?"
no subject
She attempts a brighter smile, but all it is is embarrassed. "But right as rain. Are you sure I didn't hurt you?"
no subject
Part of her honestly, is in awe of Glinda's outfit, but Felicity catches herself and asks about the more obvious question as she points towards the large bubblemobile.
"Where did you get that ... um ... carriage?"
She probably should've said car, but there's something about it and the woman in front of her that reminds her of Cinderella's pumpkin. It all feels like some modern version of a fairy tale.
