Community Profile

In a universe not too unlike our own, a city is powered by the magic of wishes. More specifically, its systems run on collected energy from those seeking answers to their most fervent wishes; this energy funnels through a powerful siphoning crystal at the city's center called the "Energem." Characters are summoned by the city's own magic at points in their lives when they wish for something seemingly impossible, and brought here, to "Cuddle City," for a chance to make their wish come true.

They are welcomed with open arms, and promised access to the city's best export: a wish stone, a piece of the magical Energem that offers genie-like powers for use in their home worlds. In order to receive it, however, they'll need to contribute to the city during their stay. Characters are offered the opportunity to contribute by generating energy in two unique ways: acts of goodwill, or, as recently discovered, physical intimacy, both platonic and romantic.

Those unwilling are offered the opportunity to return home to the moment they left. The willing, however? Characters are granted complimentary housing, a per diem for food and entertainment, and a communicator for access to a city-wide network. The city, along with local organizations and character-run groups, hosts events to allow newcomers and veteran citizens alike to enjoy.
