If you wanted," he says with a genuine sort of smile.

Really, he would kind of love nothing more than to teach Felicity how to take care of her body properly while getting stronger.

Though, she turns it right around on him and he really should've seen that coming. "I'm kind of an old-fashioned sort of guy," he warns her, but relents all the same and offers a sheepish sort of smile, "but maybe I could benefit from at least knowing my way around this stuff without having to ask all the time," he tacks on, because he does think that he could.
