Looking amused, his eyebrows lift as Derek huffs a laugh. "Oh yeah?" he challenges playfully in response to the tone she takes when she answers his question. At her motion, Derek gets to his feet and holds a hand out to help her up as well. "Battlestar Galactica, what's that about? Is it worth tuning in to if you've never watched a sci-fi thing in your whole life?" he asks.

And he might still not. He probably still won't. But it's worth hearing out, in any case. She's cute. Why not?
