Admittedly, Derek knows how it sounds. If the tables were turned, he'd be on the giving end of that exact same look, rather than the receiving one. As it stands, it just is what it is, and it's a matter of finding out why Scott is so hostile all of a sudden, because if he knows that, then he'll know how to proceed.
