Diana hasn't been to a gun range in a long while so it's a welcome practice for her to be able to practice her aim. She's better with a bow than a gun, yes, but modern weaponry is necessary if she's going to be able to keep up with the sorts of enemies she comes face to face with back home.

Steve, on the other hand, is much more familiar with guns than she is. When she gets there, he's already pursuing the selections.
