One day had been bad enough. When the next day dawns and nothing at all has changed, Loki can feel his temper growing short. Unfortunately, he's still trying to be on his best behavior, so his first instinct—and second, and fifth, and nineteenth—has to be ignored, for fear of running up a deficit instead of still working toward his wish.

He's been walking for only about twenty minutes when he hears the sounds of destruction coming from up ahead and picks up his pace, only to pause and lean against a tree when he discovers the cause.
