[ Gamora would have made a face, but instead she just nodded. For some reason the formal titles got to her. It got under her skin when that silver-tongued Asgardian called her 'Lady' and now it was getting to her when a voice was calling her 'Miss'.

But she pushed down any arguments because they would be futile and just shrugged it off. ]

It's fine, I understand protocol.

[ And she did follow it on other planets. It was nearly always her deferring to them though, and not Gamora being the one addressed formally. ]

That I understood. Rocket is the one good at machinery. Not me. [ And then her lips twitched and she pushed out a breath. ] That was a nickname, wasn't it? And you're welcome, Stark.

[ He did know her name. The reference sailed over her head, but she assumed there was a reason for it. And she preferred a nickname to any formal address.

She gave into a smile before taking a sip of her drink. ]

I never thought I'd know what to do in a universe without war, and yet there is no large conflicts in this place. I miss battle, but I'm not sure I miss the destruction to planets and people. Would you ever do it without the armour?
